The place was very well cared for. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Everything was comfortable, and exactly as described. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return.

We found everything nice and clean. I would like to caution those who do take their pets, this cabin is fully carpeted. Thankfully, our two small dogs are house-trained. But night time was a bit scary having to walked them on a narrow road.

This is a pleasant cabin in the woods, only a few minutes from Arrowhead Village shopping center and Lake Arrowhead (though there is no public access to the joys of this lake unless you are a member of the Lake Arrowhead homeowner's association.) The local nearby grocery store at Arrowhead Village is Stater Brothers, a first-class store. As described by the owner, this is an older property but it has its charms. It is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has most of what you might need in terms of pots and pans, flatware, and dishes. The washer and dryer are a bonus, though we did not use them on this trip. The gas grill worked nicely. This cabin, like the rest of the neighborhood, is set on a steep and narrow one-lane street, but once you get used to that, getting around is easy. Be on guard walking your dog on the street due to occasional car passing uncomfortably close. Enjoyed birdwatching from our balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

We liked the tranquility of the house and its location. The kids enjoyed the family room downstairs, and the house was perfect for a family to take a break and relax in the mountain area. I highly recommend it.

Cozy clean cabin with beautiful views!!!

My family and I, along with our pug recently stayed in this beautiful cabin! It not only met our expectations but exceeded them! Very clean, spacious, beautiful views,quiet and extremely cozy! The host responded very quickly! We had no issues whatsoever and next time we’re in arrowhead we’re def going to be staying here again!! Highly recommended 5 stars all around!!

We had an amazing two-night stay at this beautiful house with a stunning forest view in Lake Arrowhead. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The host was extremely kind and responsive, even though we never met in person — you could feel how thoughtful and welcoming they were. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the amenities were excellent. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and everything was arranged with great taste. We definitely look forward to coming back again with our friends!

Great house and pleasant stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the property. Instructions to get here were easy and the hosts always had a quick reply to questions. We brought our baby and dog too and it was fairly easy having them in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming Tree House

It was our family's first time to rent a home. From booking to check out, the process was very smooth and our hosts were very responsive. Their home is in Arrowhead Village, really close to highway 18 and only 5 minutes from Arrowhead Village and Skypark. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, we got 2inches of snow and the truck came early to plow the streets. The home is very charming, my teenage boys loved that it has so much character. Has a retro feel with the convenience of a modern home. The beds are clean and comfortable. Our boys enjoyed the downstairs room with the huge sectional and bunkbed. TV has access to Hulu, Netflix etc but we hardly used it because there were plenty of books and boardgames to keep us busy! There were plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, Le Creuset pots and husband enjoyed the Nespresso machine! I love that their home has unobstructed views of the forest, really beautiful waking up to the views of the trees with snow. We enjoyed walking our dog at night because the area felt safe. We initially planned on staying overnight but had car issues. We ended up extending another day. Our hosts were super helpful and constantly reassured us that our safety comes first. I can't thank you enough, JJ and Danielle because you've been very gracious hosts. We appreciate all your help and for making it a very memorable experience for our family.
