An elegant and effortless design features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in an open, flexible floor plan. Vaulted ceilings with exposed finished beams highlight an airy, sophisticated living space, while floor-to-ceiling windows & retractable glass doors open to stunning Catalina, ocean & canyon views. An expansive deck on the view side of the home is accessible through a series of glass doors and invites indoor and outdoor living. Off the deck is a large grassy area with fruit trees and a path that leads to a private built-in spa. Inside, a floating staircase leads up to a relaxing master with private ocean-view deck. Downstairs is a bedroom, bathroom and living area.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms.
