Smelly hallway, even the room gave off a bad smell
Great room, clean, comfortable.
The price I was charged by Orbitz was 20 percent higher than the standard rate in this hotel. The clerk was totally incompetent and disclosed this to me at check in. There was standing water on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The Walls were thin and my neighbor played his t v until 3:45 am. I had to run the fan in the bathroom to drown out the t v noise. This at least dried the floor by morning. The breakfast was very good. The property looked new but the entrance was limited to the front door which was inconvenient.

As we entered the door at end of motel, the carpet was dirty and paper strawn randomly on it. The room was comfortable but the bathroom had not been cleaned well under the sink area nor around the commode. There was no soap dish in shower nor was there a bathmat. For seniors especially the bathmat is a safety measure that helps prevent slipping in the tub. The desk clerk was great: an important asset for your business. We have always found Comfort Inns to be clean, comfortable & friendly but were somewhat disappointed in this one. We will be in this area in the fall for several days & are not sure if we will stay here again.

I booked a smoking room and didn't have an ashtray. I went to the front desk to see why there were no ashtrays in the room. I was told it was a smoking room and was given an ashtray. the next morning I went out and when I returned there was a note saying this is a non smoking room and please don't smoke in it , or you will be charged 350.00 for the cleaning. I go back to the desk and ask for a smoking room, they don't have one,they didn't have one when I reserved the room. Smoking mad

The hotel was nice. The amenities were appropriate and the room was clean. The downfall was that the people in the room behind me were merely talking throughout the night and I could hear their conversation very well. It kept waking me up during the night. When traveling on business especially and needing to make sure I'm up early and ready to work, it's difficult to wake up all night because the people in the next room are talking.
We have stayed at this property several times since its opening. The staff is friendlier than the management. All the clerks we have encounteres have been friendly and helpful. When we had issues with a stopped up toilet, the manager delivered a plunger to our room and told us to leave it in the room when we were finished with it. There was no offer to help from him!

Thank you for your stay and sorry that you didn't had bananas while you stayed but we have 3 different kind of fruits everyday.
