This place was a last minute stop on our trip to New Orleans. I was feeling well and had to find a place to rest. The staff was phenomenal! From check-in to check out and even the breakfast staff…they were all so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I haven’t seen that in a long time in any business. This place is doing something right to have staff enjoying their day and spreading the joy. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

The bath room needed to be ready caulked around the walls, the tub also needed refinished. There were no dresser for putting clothes. We were there 3 nights. The breakfast could have been freshly prepared.

Don't stay here if you don't have to

The hotel rooms are in dire need of significant updates. While the rooms are decent, they show noticeable signs of wear and tear. The restroom's shower head and shower door crevices were rusted and unclean, making it clear that the bathrooms require substantial upgrades or a total makeover. The mattress was old and emitted an unpleasant corn chip smell when used. Additionally, the furniture and carpet in the room could have benefited from a thorough shampooing. Thank goodness I only stayed here for two nights. Next time, I’ll stay in Lafayette instead of Opelousas, as the hotels there are much better maintained compared to those in Opelousas.
