When I arrived they tried to put me in a smoking room even though I booked a non smoking. Hotel staff seemed preoccupied with their cell phone calls and seemed put out by my request for towels.

The breakfast was the thing needing improvement. It is a muffin in a brown bag deal! If they had a hot breakfast bar it would really help!

The Room had dirty water coming out of the tub and sink so I couldn’t take a bath Roaches in the bathroom The room supposed to be a non-smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the sheets and the sofa When housekeeping call themselves cleaning the room they didn’t even change the freaking SHEETS!! It had that same old sheet with the cigarette bite hole in it, I took pictures just to prove my point!!!
