Poor customer service

The room was very clean, but dark. There was only one set of lights in the room accept for the bathroom light that worked. There was a light on each side of the bed and neither of them worked. I informed the desk clerk about it and he just shrugged his shoulders and did nothing to remedy the situation. I had to use the light on my cell phone in order to see the air conditioner buttons and how to use it because of the lack of light. Also anytime, I sat on the bed it made a very loud noise as if the frame was broken. The morning after my first night there, there was a hypodermic needle behind my front driver's side tire. I asked the clerk for a paper towel so that I could pick it up, and I brought it to them and they were unsympathetic.
