Great hotel, room, restaurant and pool!
The property is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. My main issue is that the La Grande Suite that I booked had a non-functional fireplace. The fireplace was the only reason I spent DOUBLE and booked that room. There was no indication in the description that it was for decoration only. In fact, all of the pictures of that room show an active fire or log in the fireplace. HUGE disappointment. There was also no microwave, no corkscrew and no silverware to even try to enjoy a meal and bottle of wine in this suite.
The hotel is clean. Room service does not exist during weekends.
great experience. staff was great. rooms are terrific. food was awesome. keep an eye on the property to get a reasonable rate.
my only problem with this property was the parking, we had to use valet because there was no parking available, other than that it was perfect.
Needs a decorating facelift, spa treatment was nice- beds comfortable and room clean- just outdated style
Upon arrival we were greeted with a letter that said the pool, spa and sauna were closed for remodeling. Something my two teenagers did not want to hear on their Spring Break.
It was very peaceful and tranquil.i would return again and bring my husband. Great getaway.
It is a great hotel but too expensive for my taste. In addition to the $200 fee, I was charged $20 just to park my car. It was convenient to stay there but I doubt I will ever return
My friend and I came to town for a Napa weekend and stayed here to hit the spa! The spa was a great experience--I had a massage and facial and loved it. We ordered room service that night but the menu was a limited---I think we got mac and cheese and a sandwich. Overall a great experience!
Great experience! Only drawback is not walkable to BART or down. But a short drive. Extremely comfortable room with luxurious facilities.
