It’s not fancy, but it’s affordable, quiet, and clean. Stayed there a week. Housekeeping took out the trash and made the bed every day. Staff is friendly and attentive. It looks like some people may use the hotel (it’s really like a motel instead) as long term housing, but there were no disturbances or other issues. I’d stay there again.
