Staff at the front desk were amazing. Hotel was clean. Breakfast ran out at 7:30am had to wait on more to be cooked. Housekeeping didn’t clean microwave out and did not leave but 1 towel in the room. Housekeeping needs to do better but overall, the hotel and staff were superb.

I highly recommend this hotel!!! It's very nice and the fragrance they use is absolutely breathtaking!!!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Lafayette. The breakfast was great as well and the hotel staff was very accommodating

My first room smelled like cigar smoke so I got another. The smell of the hotel is overwhelming, they pump some scent into the hotel excessively, making you wonder if they are masking something. Also I was there for 3 nights and my key cards quit working twice, I do not recommend and would not stay there again.

I had a procedure at the Ochsner Hospital close by and had to be there early so I didn't get to see or have breakfast, but the hotel was clean quiet and nice! Definitely stay again!
