The front entrance looked like it was barred from having guests come in and had caution tape , paint signs inside the elevator, the staff told me after checking in that the pool was closed until next month, the breakfast was bad. The pool was the whole reason we booked. The A/C stopped working at night and the toilet was loud and did not flush correctly.

This hotel is under a much needed renovation. If you go into it woth that in mind you will be ok. Based on staff I would absolutely stay here again but the hotel itself needs major work and they are definitely in the process of doing that.

Hotel was nasty smelled like mold and pee. Hotel apologized and stated " I know I'm so sorry I know it's been an issue we are doing a lot of work. I'll go talk to my manager and see what she says." A few moments later the front desk clerk comes back and states "my manager Tiffany said she will cancel the reservation"

The room smelt wet and mouldy. The shower was almost rusted through and I was scared to stand in it in case of falling through. Breakfast was average. If you’re offering healthier options it needs to be fresh fruit not days old. The cereals were all sugary options.

Was in town for meeting and needed to work on laptop but had no wireless, asked about internet access and nobody seem to know of a hard wire access or when wireless would be fixed said they have been having problems. The elect plug by bed only one socket worked had to unplug light to use only outlet. Back door has no security lock open to any one to enter.

The hotel over all was good. My room had a musty or mildew smell. I had to go buy some spray for the room. I ask others if they had that smell and they did not. So maybe it was a one off things- been was comfortable, breakfast was good. I would stay again.
