Granite countertops master bath has a separate shower and big soaker tub with large closet and split floorplan. Close to all the shops and restaurants River ranch, Costco, Target, Lourdes Hospital. A ten-minute drive to downtown Lafayette. The large backyard has a wooden privacy fence. There is a pet fee of $75.
