Nous louons cet appartement depuis trois ans et nous aimons les deux salles de bain, l’emplacement,la grande terrasse et la vue magnifique. Cette annĂ©e un store extĂ©rieur Ă©tait ficelĂ© et hors service et le deuxiĂšme laissĂ© ouvert et dĂ©chirĂ© sur un tiers. Nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  le faire rentrer, mais ce n’est pas notre travail normalement.

Cet appartement est le meilleur que nous avons dans cette immeuble ou nous venons depuis plusieurs années,notamment les deux salles de bain et la chambre principale et l'équipement global. Des détails certe, mais un égouttoir dans la cuisine serait pratique, sinon c'est correct

Nous louons cet appartement depuis des annĂ©es et c’est chaque fois un plaisir, car sa situation est idĂ©ale avec une vue superbe sur la baie et une terrasse magnifique. Dommage que les garages soient si Ă©troits. Nous avons dĂ©jĂ  bloquĂ© les dates pour 2025. Changer la nappe de la table qui date de plusieurs annĂ©es et ce ne sera pas un gros investissement

La situationl L’etat gĂ©nĂ©ral de l’appartement et la propretĂ©, le matelas de la grande chambre trop dure et sale car pas de protĂšge matelas, l’état de la douche du couloir. Le bouton de la chasse des toilettes , le volet dans la petite chambre. l’isolation car on entend tout dĂšs qu’il y a quelqu’un au-dessus ou en-dessous. Mettre des poubelles dans les salles de douche et dans la piĂšce du chauffe-eau. Mettre 2 porte-papiers wc. Indiquez dans votre annonce petite place de parking et pas de construction rĂ©cente car c’est faux. Il y a une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la cuisine quand on ouvre les tiroirs Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lave-vaisselle ou que l’on utilise le lave-vaisselle. Cela provient de l’évacuation de l’eau.
