Great little hotel

Overall, a very nice small hotel with large rooms and kitchenette. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and near the Toji temple. There is a very convenient bus number 16) to and from the hotel to Kyoto station. Positives: Large rooms Good decorative condition Free access to clothes washing facilities Great view from the rooftop Free bike hire Free coffee in lobby area Convenient local supermarket Reasonably priced Negatives: Lack of cleaning of rooms - more of a problem for long stays. No elevator so a bit of a climb if you are in the fourth floor Limited attendance hours at reception (4-9pm) Overall, an excellent little hotel that I would return to

Modern and convenient

We loved the property. It was very comfortable and modern. The rooftop deck was an amazing place to watch the sunrise behind Tōji Temple. There was also a washer and dryer that you can use for free which was a very big help. There is a market on the next corner and a good bakery across the street. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

My stay was amazing.The place was easy to locate with the guide given.The staff was accomodating.Lawson and station is nearby.The room is spacious and clean.Highly recommend it.

Stanza ampia con 4 letti singoli molto comodi. Area cucina separata accessoriata di microonde, fornello elettrico, frigo, posate piatti bicchieri e una pentola. Bagno con gabinetto, lavandino e vasca con doccetta separati che aiutano a ottimizzare i tempi. Non ci sono chiavi ma codici di accesso per entrare. La reception è presidiata in orari in cui un turista è fuori e x noi è stato un limite. La stanza non viene rifatta e in 4 giorni almeno una scopa sarebbe servita. La stazione dista 1,7 km, il tempio Toiji è a 300 metri (da visitare). Praticamente attaccata all'hotel la fermata del bus che passa ogni 30 minuti (la sera meno) per andare in stazione. L'hotel fornisce bici gratis

值得推薦

適合自駕遊,酒店樓下有收費停車場,晚上8時後泊至翌日只需800yen。酒店位於住宅區,環境清靜,職員有禮貌可用簡單英語溝通。房間很大很新很整潔,有微波爐及電池爐可煮食。唯ㄧ不足是沒有電梯,要自己搬行李上樓,及附近没有商舖或便利店,但揸車約5分鐘有ㄧ間大AEON。
