Where to start ? Days without aircon as power was off..been told that rats ate the lines. 7 days stay without internet .. You need to ask for your room to be cleaned . As I’m not a heaviest sleeper, I’m always outside at night seeing rats running around . first breakfast we ate in this hotel, throw us out as it was disgusted. No Internet seven days no TV . BUT WORKERS ARE KIND AND SUPER Definitely, I will never come back here

Great Balinese style hotel, recently renovated, stayed in deluxe double which was ground floor. Pool nice, needs more shade options….location is on Benesar, 2-3 min walk to crumb and coaster and poppies 2, 5-10 min walk to beach walk and beach. Only a few faults, restaurant only does breakfast, no room services and no bar facilities so byo drinks and food…..they have a great laundry service on site which I highly recommend.

For the price, it is the best hotel in Kuta

I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the last 7 years and it is always PERFECT! In my opinion, the price to quality ratio is the best in Kuta. The territory is designed beautifully- you are always surrounded by nature. From the pool, you can really appreciate the tropical leaves, orchids and wooden furniture. The breakfast is fresh and cooked almost in front of you. Highly recommend Suka Beach Inn.

Between missing my flight out due to trains and last flight out costing an extra $500 the accommodation was not at all what I booked. My booking was a room with a/c smoking balcony upstairs not ground floor and have mini fridge with ensuite that has hot and cold water.. Instead I was given a dirty old room with only a fan no hot water no fridge no linen towels/sheets no toilet paper or tissues, I also had a stairway to heaven to climb everytime I went to my room or out and for a 46yo that has a bad back and bad balance these stairs were quite a task glad I didn't drink I couldn't get up or down them drunk that's for sure. Also the bathroom door was rotten wood all brittle and broken away the room was only swept once while there so and bathroom never cleaned so glad my stay was shortened to 7 days instead of the 9 due to theft I was hacked and stolen from so came home early. As my specs were among things stolen I couldn't get on line to book transfer back to airport and was lucky other patrons helped with taxi cost as I was truly stranded no money and no help from the hotel staff at all thankfully the patrons that helped me got me to 7 days as it was day 3 I was robbed.

Happy and peaceful experience

This place was amazing, peaceful, good energy, and zen atmosphere. The pool was very clean. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The morning breakfast was simple and good. Things to remember to bring are bathroom supplies such towels, soap, and shampoo. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The pool is amazing. The building to. We paid the least ammount so didn't expect much from the room. Bathroom a bit dirty and old, bed very thin and no blanket but amazing balcony though. You get what you pay for and for what qe paid it was balanced
