I appreciate almost everything about staying in this hotel. I love Bali and its people. Some of the swimming pool towels require replacement due to discoloration from repeated laundering. Additionally, the room facility information is outdated and unclean, which may deter guests from using it. I couldn't bring myself to touch it. In my room and bathroom, there was a strong lingering smell of naphthalene, which I reported to the hotel reception. However, the BIGGEST problem for me was the lack of lighting for reading or doing my makeup, as the existing lights were too dim for these activities.

The hotel was nice. The addition of their spa was great and we took advantage of that. The view from the fifth floor to the beach and the pool set up was very nice. We only had one meal last night there at the hotel and unfortunately, we’re very disappointed. We had ribs which we had been tasting and comparing over the two weeks in Bali. All of them were good except unfortunately this location other than that everything else is a plus and I would recommend it.

Nice small hotel pool Was cold due to heavy rain. Need to do something about the water flooding on the 5th floor where you can eat the roof top area. Staff very friendly. Small hotel but nice and clean.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. However the girls at reception were not helpful at all and seemed to be a bit incompetent. We also had a lot of noise during the night both inside the hotel and from the street. This leading to not much sleep before our early flight.

What a find! Sulis is a fantastic hotel to base yourself at. It has a good breakfast to start the day, next to Lippo and Discovery Mall, lots of shopping and eating options, and a fantastic rooftop pool with a view over Kuta beach. We had a lovely night dip in the pool with the kids and ordered snacks by the pool- it was heavenly. Meals from the restaurant were reasonably priced. The Sulis spa was great - I booked myself into the 2 hour massage and facial session, my daughters in the mini princess 2 hour deal and the 1.5 hour manicure session and they loved being pampered by the staff.

The rooftop resteraunt and pool we're very nice with a view of the ocean. Rooms where spacious clean and modern. It felt like a vacation getaway. I accidentally left one of my bags behind and they had it already tagged and safe for my retrieval when I came back from the airport.
