Firstly, I wish to mention Manager Ms Ruth Molina, she promptly addressed an issue that I encountered at the hotel to my satisfaction and went beyond and without my requesting, she provided a courtesy drop at the airport outside of the normal hours. The staff is very hospitable, courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast has a variety of food, local and international options, egg station and the food was to my satisfaction. The hotel is a bit dated, but I did not encounter any issues in that regard. The rooms are spacious and property is clean, likewise was my room, it is close to the airport and located in a busy tourist area with lots of food choices, shopping and convience stores, transport is readily available and the area is walkable, lets say it is optimally located and I would recommend staying at this property. I have expedia VIP access and was treated as such

Comfortable hotel and close to everything in Kuta. Staff were pleasant as you’d expect in Bali The room was right above a sports bar, so they did have some loud bassy music going and the room was close to a main road which bothered me more, but after the first night you get used to it.

We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day. It was a pleasant stay. A beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Situated right in the heart of the shopping district and just minutes from stunning Kuta Beach, where you can catch the most breathtaking sunsets. Nice place with super friendly staff. The swimming pool is excellent and the breakfast is super good. Kind of noisy at night with strong firework at the public beach. The bed sheets were not perfectly clean, but the customer relations manager Mrs Ayu was super nice and provided us with a brand new bedsheets set.
