The hotel is modern with very minimal and quite small rooms (only a very tight desk not suitable if you need to work), a small wardrobe and a tight bathroom (with a small shower). Anyway it's a great accomodation if you need it for a short stay (maybe if you're travelling with friends for the weekend): the bed is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect! I asked a late check out at 2pm but they allowed only till 1pm and said after that it was for a fee. Come on, if they have rooms available for the following night, they could easily provide a better service by accomodating the request. Once I sent a message through the website with this considerations they called me in the room and they allowed a check out at 2pm. Nice that they understood the situation. It's not located in the Old Town but next to Kazimierz district. The connections with Old Town and train station are easy and quick by trams with a stop just in front of the hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel for short term stays and people who is going there to visit the city and need a hotel just to sleep.
It's a nice and new hotel, located very conveniently. Unfortunately, our room closet had no place to hang clothes. I was there on official business with the University and needed to iron my clothes and hang them. The staff were really excellent in helping out with that and all went well. Also, I had to ask for a coffee maker. It was not in the room. Additionally, there was no space to keep our computer and work on it. I had reserved a Standard double bed room and I think all these are basic amenities that should be part of the room.
