The Hotel is in the perfect location on the edge of the Old Town and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The taxis will go here too! The staff, Mateus, Phillip, George, & Victoria were friendly & helpful and a pure joy to talk to. The breakfast is magnificent. You can definitely walk the whole old town from here. I felt completely comfortable & safe as a 70 year old woman even at night.
A recent high-quality renovation in the old city, the rooms were fine, breakfast was ample, and the front desk was always extremely helpful.
The location couldn't be beeter and a great restaurant. A very charming place just inside the city wall.

A very nice hotel located very close to the heart of Krakow, but facing a quieter street (especially at night). All around very good value for the price I would stay here again.

Could not have been happier. Ideal location where you walk out the hotel door and you are looking at the old city walls with three towers. Everything, Old Town Square, Train Station, Castle (avoid like the plague), and other things are in easy walking distance as a many excellent restaurants if you decide not to use the outstanding one in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I return to Krakow, this would be where I would stay.
The staff is supper professional, the rooms are comfortable, window open, and multiple TV channels in different language even Spanish. The location is perfect, walking distance to old town . The breakfast is supper, and also Wi-Fi is free and strong. This hotel is strongly recommended to visit Krakow
