A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. There is a pharmacy and mini supermarket close by. The hotel is close to the river and castle. Great breakfasts.

The Bachleda is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. All the tourist attractions are easily walkable from the hotel, but we made use of uber most evenings.The staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. Very good breakfast included in the rate, but you could order whatever you wanted at extra cost. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a SuperKing sized bed and well appointed bathroom. The spa included a small pool, powerful showers, and sauna and steam rooms (no swimwear!). The bar is cosy and comfortable, and they do a nice line in house cocktails. We didn't notice any children.

Great hotel. The only suggestion is that their check in time is too early (2:00pm) so our room wasn't ready when we arrived. A 2:00pm check in doesn't permit the cleaning crew to service the rooms in time after the prior guests check out. We would suggest a later check in time so guests aren't waiting and frustrated. 2:00pm check in is unheard of.

This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square.
