Fantastic hotel. excellent location - across the street from Wawel Castle, a few minutes walk to the old town. Very helpful staff, well-priced. Very clean & new. Great rooftop bar. Internet in room is extra.

Sheraton Krakow consistently impresses me after numerous stays. It is in the perfect location to explore the Krakow Centrum while having some distance from the noise and crowds when you need it. The staff is always friendly and professional, the food is great, and the Sheraton beds are amazing!

This hotel is under a 10 minute walk to the main square and under 15 to the Jewish Quarter. When you step out of the hotel the Castle is to the left and the Riverwalk is straight on. Easy to get back to hotel with these two major landmarks. The staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is everything one would expect from a 5 star. Hotel has their own taxi that charges less than local to get back to airport.

The Sheraton Krakow is one of my favorite hotels anywhere! The location adjacent to Wawel Castle and the River Wisla is scenic and convenient while being only short walking distance from market square. The rooms are large and comfortable and the hotel wine bar offers excellent wines and starters if you don't feel like going out. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

What a great place to stay! Clean, beautifully appointed, great food and a staff dedicated to responding immediately to any needs....including tickets to events, directions, transportation needs and opinions on local events. A wonderful place for families, adult travel or business. Krakow is a beautiful city and this hotel is centrally located to all landmarks...we had a view of Wawel Castle from our window and the picturesque Visla River is across the street.

The room was one of the largest we've had during a stay in Europe. An interesting twist is that they charge for Wi-fi in the room but it is complimentary in the public areas.

Clean, quite and helpful/friendly staff. No complaints.

The hotel is not only beautiful but it has great location. Very clean and just as important the staff was fantastic -- very nice and very helpful. NO COMPLAINTS. Loveeed the hotel!!!

Very well located, great people taking care of you

Very nice, modern hotel. Better for business travelers as it is very large & not intimate. Staff was very professional, handled requests quickly and without hesitation. [...].Beautiful atrium and very nice bar with a huge selection of Polish Vodka to taste. Located minutes from the castle, river and to the main square with plenty of dining options if you choose not to dine at the hotel.

Call ahead an arrange for limo pickup! Easy to do & well worth the $. Also trip to Auschwitz by limo well worth the $. Eveyone spoke English to us. Facilities-great-good amenities!

The hotel was nicely situated next to Wawel Castle and close walking distance to the Old Town and a lot of restaurants. It was also fairly close to the train station, so the taxi ride over was fairly cheap (under 20 zloty). The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. Only negative aspect of the hotel is the really expensive breakfast that is not included - it looked good, but definitely too pricey. Fortunately, there were a lot of great breakfast options nearby.

Hotel was right on the river in Krakow, great views, great rooms, great bed. Walking distance to the main part of town with something to do for everyone. Great night life in Krakow.

Upon checking in to this beautiful hotel, we upgraded to the presidential suite, which was well worth every penny. The room was very big, with a dining/entertainment room attached (complete with large screen TV, Bose stereo system, etc.). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The executive lounge was always stocked with delicious food and refreshments. I didn't want to leave!

Can't beat the location on this hotel, just a short walk to the Castle. Clean room with all the amenities.

good location, typical modern, clean, efficient, luxurious Sheraton hotel....but restaurants, bars, parking way overpriced for Poland and everything was extra charge

Excellent hotel and great spot within walking distance to just about anything. Walk out the door and there is Wawel Castle and the river. A short distance you are in the Market Square and a bit more you are in Kazmirez (sp). Just be careful on the little additional charges they pop you on.

One thing I love about the rooms is that the windows open. Also, the air conditioner works great so you have choices. The staff is soooo friendly. All speak great English and are very eager to help. There is a supermarket that also sells alcohol all night nearby. When you walk out the main doors head right down the street. Cross the busy road and head left. It will be on the right. The square is just a few blocks away and you can see Wawel right out the door. 30 min away from Salt Mines. Also, it's not a bad idea to take private taxi to Aushwitz rather than tour. It would cost about 400zl. Our taxi driver used to work for Sheraton. His name is [...]. He has a minivan, he's an honest family man, speaks English, has great recommendations. I lost his card but maybe the younger people at the desk can help.

The location is very good, but not perfect. The hotel is very comfortable as you expect from a hotel at this level. In the best rooms it is impossible to open the windows which we find important. Our room was very distant from the elevators. The restaurant is good but the price of breakfast is unacceptable.
