The hotel staff did a great job accommodating our needs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and charming on the outside but very modern and clean on the inside.

Just five minutes walk from the old town square of Krakow. We were put in a room designed for disabled people. So there was no bath, just a shower. We arrived very late in the day so couldn't be bothered to complain or ask to move rooms once we had unpacked.. Main courtyard was under reconstruction so the ambiance shown in the photographs was missing.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance of the main square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a bit expensive and free wifi in the lobby. You have to use a cable modem to use the internet in the room.

The hotel is located in a great location, and close to to the main square. This is the place to stay.

The hotel is very short walking distance to Stare Miasto, and all the sights, attractions, and restaurants around the main square. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, and all spoke English so communication was not a problem. The little courtyard in front of the hotel keeps it away from street noise, and the hotel was very quiet on the whole.

The location of this hotel was perfect, but the rest of the hotel experience was lackluster. We felt rushed at check-in and check-out, i.e. the receptionist just wanted to get rid of us, the small, dark, bathroom in our "executive" room had zero counterspace and thus the toilet was way too close to the sink area--with the toilet brush suspended right between--gross. The A/C did not cool our room--so we basically had the fan of the unit blowing the whole time. The internet was intermittent, and staff were unapologetic when it did not work--only confirming, "Yup, it must be down" when we'd inquired. Our overall impression of the people in Krakow was pleasant, as they do cater to toursists, yet this hotel -- supposedly the "creme de la creme" in Krakow--is kind of a joke. Parking was 70 Zloty (about 20 Euro) per night which I thought was high for Poland, and breakfast wasn't included in the rate either. Guests can do much better out on the town locally for a delicious breakfast for circa 20 Zloty vice 60 which this hotel charged--preposterous!

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the Cloth Hall, Wawel castle and even a taxi rank. However, it was not very close to the train station (at least a 15-20 min walk, not great with luggage). The service was exceptional and friendly. We had no complaints. The room, especially for Europe was very spacious and clean and comfortable. The only beef I had was the lack of wifi in the rooms. You could only connect via cable and my very thin Mac Air does not allow cable connection. I know that's not true of all computers but a wifi connection would just be more convenient, especially since the lobby and bar area did have wifi. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. They even arrange car and driver to take you on various sightseeing trips. The prices were not bad either.

An excellent location next to the Old town - a five minutre walk to The Hard Rock Cafe! Friendly and helpful staff ...

This hotel was very convenient...we walked all over Krakow using it as our base, stopping back in mid afternoon to warm up.

Clean hotel close to central square and jewish quarter. Very friendly and effecient staff

Great helpful staff. Five minutes to central square and ten to Jewish quarter and castle.

Great hotel with good rooms. Friendly and really careful staff. Would love to stay there again

This hotel is perfectly located between the old town and Kazimierz neighborhoods. It's an easy walk to any of the main attractions. The room was very large, especially by European standards, clean, and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the more expensive hotels when I searched, but a great value for the location and quality of the room.

Great location. Very nice clean facility.

Big room, ideal location in downtown Krakow, all amenities taken care of in finest Holiday Inn tradition. On the minus side: They were offering breakfast "on special" for 50 zloty, about $17 which is absurd. Also I found one of the late evening counter attendants to be surly and unhelpful.I was asking for streetcar directions, and he suggested I walk with my luggage to the train station. This is a distance of over one mile.

5 minute walk to city center and all its beauty. Many many nice shops and restuarants. Very good restuarant in hotel. Friendly staff, free parking ! ( at a best western right now and they charge 20 Euro's for parking ! ) No need to look for any other hotels while in Krakow !

Clean hotel ,friendly and proffesional staff, great location minutes from Old Market Square without noisy crowds of Old Town streets. Good breakfast selections.Nice expierence from this interesting and romantic city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location beside Old town. I would recommend. Hotel price should include breakfast but does not.
