Stayed in last week for 3 nights, you couldn't get a better location in all of Krakow, this hotel sits within a 10 second walk of the main square. The hotel is slightly hidden away down an alley which also hosts a number of bars but they all seem pretty friendly and welcoming. Will for sure be returning to Krakow and this hotel.
Stayed here as a group. Was clean and fairly quiet (it is next to a high street with trams). Staff were good, my room was a very decent size, the others had smaller rooms, but did the job for a party for a few days.
i love this place. my room is clean i had a great bathroom. All the personel of the hotel were so great smiling all the time. and they help you when u ask for something. i love the place because it is so cute inside out .. i will back for sure
A nice little hotel clean, central and nice staff only minor annoyance was there said three had umbrellas to lend if it rained and there was a biblical downpour just as we went out but no umbrellas to be had
The hotel is small, the rooms are small. It is nice enough. Location is good, near old town & shopping. But 2 of the 3 lamps in the room had burned out light bulbs as did one of the two lights above our bathroom mirror. Asked the first & second day if they could put new light bulbs in, it never happened. Gave up asking by the third day. Price is low here, it reflects the level of service you will get. Also room key is a real key! So obviously it isn't changed between guests. Sort of strange.
A minutes walk from everything you require. A well kept room with a lovely bed and bathroom, staff were also helpful. Location ideal, especially for the reasonable price. A little hard to find, we walked past it on a couple of occasions because signage not clear, but only a small minor concern - other than that top marks!
We came here with another couple for four nights. We had a room at the back and they had one at the front. We had no traffic noise at all but they were woken up early by the trams. There are no carpets on the floors (wooden flooring) so when the people in the room above came in at 2.00 am we heard their footsteps across the floor! The rooms were clean with fresh towels every day and the air con was a godsend (36 degrees). Twin beds were rather firm but extra pillows solved that.. We paid the extra 20 zlts for breakfast which was well worth it. A great choice of cheeses hams, fresh fruits, salmon, croissants, etc. Plus cereals and scrambled eggs and bacon, tea and coffee. The location is spot on ....just a five minute walk to the edge of the main square. It's not the ritz but then we didnt pay ritz prices... we would go back again but only with a room at the back.
Only stayed at this hotel for the weekend as me and a friend planned a last minute city break. For the price it is a great little hotel in a great location and was extremely clean. The only down side I would say is the walls are paper thin and there was quite a bit of noise from other people staying in the hotel but that's not a huge deal for me. I would definitely stay here if I was to visit krakow again.
This hotel was very good for the price. Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and breakfast was excellent and very good price for the food supplied. Traffic noise in room but overall an excellent stay. Staff were very helpful
