Myself and my husband stayed here and it was a very enjoyable stay. Hotel lovely, very clean and staff very friendly. Have to mention the receptionist Julia she went above and beyond to help us with directions maps etc. Even told me to put more clothes on when we arrived that I would freeze she was so right. All in all a great hotel, great location (6-7 mins walk from main square )lovely breakfast as much as you could eat it set you up for the day. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we go back to Krakow.

We’re staying here now, tonight is the last of our 3 night stay. Firstly, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the main square in the Old Town so in a very good location, with a little shop next door for any essentials you may need. Room 17 is quite small, with a double bed against 2 walls, so my husband has to climb in and out from the bottom of the bed. Also no bedside table which is a bit of a pain. However, the mattress is very comfortable. Quite firm, so we don’t disturb each other turning over or getting up in the night like we do at home! Free tea and coffee in the room, and a well stocked mini bar that doesn’t make you feel ripped off either. Bathroom doesn’t have much in the way of storage for toiletries, but plenty of hot water when having a shower. Breakfast is downstairs in the basement area. Lots of cheese, strange meat, and some raw fish. Plus bread, cereal, preserves, fruit and yogurt. Fruit juice, coffee and toast did me, but my husband had the meat and cheese with bread rolls which he enjoyed. Good coffee! For what this hotel cost I’m very pleased and would come back.

Stayed for 5 nights mid March.. nice enough rooms clean and spacious. Receptionist friendly and helpful giving you information on where to visit. 10 min walk from central square and shopping centre other way. Breakfast not really for us. Overall really nice stay for the price we paid!

Stayed here mid March with my other half first impressions were friendly staff and well presented hotel. Check in was 14.00 so when we arrived back to our hotel we went to room 27 - unfortunately the heating was broke the room was at least 27 degrees. When we told the staff they switched up to room 30 without too much hassle which we appreciated - thank you Evelina! WiFi didn’t work for the entire weekend, no English channels on tv and the breakfast was disappointing (these are just pointers for those who enjoy these things about a hotel) . Be aware on arrival when they try to sell you package trips for Auschwitz or Salt Mines that they are at least €20 expensive than the tourism offices in the city centre. 10 minute walk from main square, half hour walk to Wawel castle, 40 min walk to Jewish Qtr.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location, just down the road from the Old town. I paid for a small double room and was very impressed with the room. Towels changed each day and bed sheets were changed on one occasion I think but not entirely sure. The breakfast served 7-11 is very good in my eyes but depends what you like to eat. A selection of cereal, bread, cold meat, sausages, salad, cheese, eggs, pastries and pancakes. The only slight issue I had with the hotel was the noise from other rooms, furniture moving around I am fine with. Hearing another couple on more than one occasion as well as two nights of drilling from around 9pm to atleast midnight one night. I did ring reception the second night as I was up early for my flight, to be told it was a nearby building. Coincidently the drilling stopped within minutes of me putting the phone down. I would stay here again on a return to Krakow.

We have just returned from a 3 day stay at the Aparhotel Pergamin & we would stay again, the staff were very friendly & helpful, our bedroom was toasty warm even though it was -11 outside! The breakfast was lovely, everything you could want, towels were changed everyday, there was a full size kettle with tea/ coffee & a good hairdryer. Also only a few minutes walk to the Square & a 25 minute walk to the Jewish town.wi fit was also good, but no English channels on the TV.

Recently stayed here for a long weekend. Receptionist very efficient. Room good size, two comfortable beds. Good size bathroom with a great shower. Well stocked mini bar without feeling you are being ripped off. Done breakfast only once which was ok enjoyed going out more. Hotel on great location for the main square and attractions. Overall clean hotel with pleasant staff

Hotel is clean but basic good location very friendly staff breakfast buffet had a really good choice this was a extra for us had room only but we'll worth the extra would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Stayed here for three nights, perfect location short walk to the old town, receptionist was very nice check in was quick and easy, rooms are spacious and modern shower is amazing, absolutely spotless, room was cleaned every day bed and towels changed, breakfast is plentiful and is on from 7 to 11am, 24 hour reception, I would have preferred a double bed In my room but it was only 3 nights so not a big deal, overall I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel as a base for visiting and exploring the beautiful city of krakow.

Just returned after staying 4 nights at the Pergamin Aparthotel. Very disappointed with our room. It was small, dark and the bed was against 2 walls so husband had to climb in from the bottom of the bed. The bed was not comfortable for me, mattress was too hard. The towels were changed each day but they were small and some were frayed. No place in the bathroom to hang the towels and not much room to put your toiletries. There was a stench of drains in the bathroom which was quite off putting. Breakfast was included which I had twice during my stay. Seemed to have plenty of choice but food was left uncovered. I found the hotel quite noisy and could hear the people in the above room walking about and it sounded like they were moving furniture as well as their amorous lovemaking. I don’t think I would return, I would try and find a hotel which is more comfortable
