The key situation was finicky. Three keys that didn't open doors easily. No elevator, building and rooms could use some renovating. Only soap in bathroom and shower, bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned. There was an apple under the bed belonging to a previous guest. Overall, just okay. Communication and interaction with reception was excellent though.

Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful.

Cracker place in Krakow!

Really handy to the Old Town. Nice location with delis and restaurants nearby. Very handy to railway station if walking isn't your thing. Really good value for money.
