I booked a premium 2-bed room. But room size was smaller than i expected and different from the one I stayed a week before. The bathroom was clean but the windows were covered with white plastic film to block outside view. Plastic films were peeling and not what I would consider "Premium"!

Conveniently located, local shopping stores and MTR stop are close by, 靜中帶旺, much better & comfortable as compared to the noisy & busy Tsim Sha Tsui & Mong Kok area. Room was spacious, clean, quiet. Staff open doors & polite, and housekeeping staff courteous and friendly. Air cond was nice, comfortable.

We didn’t take the shuttle bus because we had 4 small luggage, otherwise it would be good. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was good. It is close to MTR and close to everything, Nathan Toad and night market. I certainly will recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. Thank you staff.

The guest room is clean and spacious, however, the washing basin in the bathroom was a nightmare. Water was splashing out during tooth brushing and face washing. The rack above the basin seriously affected me using the water basin. The hotel staff was very cooperative.

W stayed 1 night. Staff very helpful. Great location. Room is quiet, clean and has all the basic amenities. Lots of local restaurants and shops around corner. We booked another stay after 1 day. Staff were able to store our luggage free of charge. This we find very handy since you can go for overnight side trips.

The toilet were not flushing properly. Maintenance had to come twice to fix the problem. The front desk staff were rude, they didn't look at the guests in the eyes. Most important, they have posted in the hotel that they have gym and indoor swimming pool. Actually these facilities do not belong to the hotel. It belongs to the club next door. Hotel guests have to pay to use them. It is absolutely inappropriate and misleading to claim that they have such facilities providing to their guests.
