The walls are extremely thin with almost no soundproofing. I could clearly hear other guests, early morning prayers at around 4 a.m., and loud construction noise from the street and adjacent building, which made it very difficult to rest. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often forgot to refill the coffee packets. Only four clothes hangers were provided, which was inadequate. The elevator was also dirty and poorly maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and did their best to help, but overall the noise, housekeeping issues, and cleanliness problems significantly affected the quality of my stay.

The room is in overall good condition. It is clean, the hotel staff did a good job cleaning the room, including the washroom. Deco is slightly outdated. The area is convenient with access to many bus routes and subway station, but it is not in a tourist area.

Great customer service and I was able to store my luggage prior to check-in! The bus to the airport was about 15 mins. The bed was too firm for me and the pillows were too soft. Will definitely come back for another stay next visit to HK.

Perfect hotel location in Kowloon. The hotel staff were nice. However, the mattress was a nightmare — it felt like a waterbed, extremely soft and uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep. The mattress should definitely be replaced. There was also a damp, musty smell in the room

The hotel is dated. The air conditioning doesn’t work very well and the room is always hot. The bathroom is super small. The hairdryer does not have enough power (maybe it’s broken). I had to go to bed with damp hair every night. Location is convenient in terms of shopping and dining.

In Mongkok but quiet part. Opposite a park and school so convenient to public transportation. Only accessible with a key card onto the floor that you stay. Have slippers and water pressure is good.

Fun Hong Kong Trip

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel. Youthful and energetic neighbourhood. Close to subway. Staff were great. One thing to note when first arriving is that the main lobby is on the second floor. Room was clean with nice view of Kowloon. We would stay here again.

Stayed one one night instead of 4 booked. Small room and bathroom. Has a balcony but did not use because furniture broke due to the storm and it is surrounded by buildings. Convenient location with lot of food options. Small entrance which is inconvenient when have lots of luggages. Very thin walls, able to hear other rooms conversations which was the main reason why we left.

Hotel 108 is located in a busy neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is kinda small and the cleanliness is average. The room we stay in has some water damage near the window and the window is very dirty. The staff are very helpful and efficient though.

Room extremely small, relatively clean, conveniently located. There's one mirror and is located in bathroom. Bedroom electric outlet does not support hair dryer. If you need mirror to style your hair after shower, you are out of luck. Does not provide wash cloth. Bring your own.
