Amazing hotel! Big, clean, excellent service from all the staff members. The spa is pampering at a reasonable price. Exactly what we were looking for, to relax and play in the (very luxurious) casino. There are also good restaurants in the nearby town and the hotel has a free shuttle service. Highly recommended!!! The only "downside" we found is that the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi in the spa is not heated

Amazing hotel but improvements needed

We use this hotel every year on our way to/from Greece and we love it. Great rooms, excellent food, SPA, kind staff. However, we must point out some unexpected drawbacks which we saw for the first time which mustnt appear at hotel of this range: -sharp nails comming out of wooden floor and bent in the sauna -ants on the room floor -waiters not knowing to differ types of coffe hence not being able to properly make them and tossing ammounts of cinnamon in every coffee they make without asking customer We hope this will be improved as soon as possible cause this is a 5* hotel.

Good for travellers

A very comfortable hotel. Great value for money. Large room with everything you need, although I do like to have a kettle. Only negative was that our room and the other friends we knew who were staying there, all found the rooms smelling of smoke, especially in the evenings. Don't know if this is related to the casino.
