I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are so respectful and courteous! I received a final bow as the elevator closed on my way out from checkout. I got a lil teary-eyed. This place is amazing and so convenient to everything…shops, grocery store connected to the building, delicious bakery around the corner, awesome restaurants nearby. Rooms are so nice with super clean and modern accommodations! Yes!!! I will stay here again!

This place has the most unique happy hour..... essentially it is a free of charge happy hour with free wine and liquor and snacks in the lobby/restaurant area! The staff even say you can bring some snacks and a drink to your hotel room! Very helpful staff.

This is a lovely hotel, right near to the station. Our room was a little small but also very comfortable. We enloyed the public areas of the hotel and especially the 5pm happy hour offering. There are many dining options nearby with good quality of food and reasonable prices.

The hotel offer great living experience, with free wine/champine/other soft drinks and snacks from 5 to 8pm. There is a good open yard on the floor of reception. They provide everything to your room. There are many staff and thus you can also receive greetings and the help you need. They also offer luggage storage service. The floor can only be accessed with a room card.

Good start with room being ready early. Had trouble with language, but muddled through with the help of Google. Room was OK for the price. Parking was just next door. Coin laundry was good. However, paid for the breakfast, which was the worst I have had anywhere in Japan. The word 'replenish' did not exist for their staff. The was no sliced bread for toast by 8:30 on two days running (weekdays) leaving very dried out pastries and rolls to choose from, or not. The rest of the fare on offer was also very poor. Nothing that passes for fruit juice was available, fruits were in the form of a bowl of very sad looking lychees which had been there every morning for a while. The Japanese pork curry had no meat in it, just sauce, so it goes on. Better to have walked to a local eatery nearby and had a feast for the money that was charged.

The human touch of offering drinks, snacks in the evening is wonderful, it gives the day a good ending. Like the space within the building design, and the use of cafe tables for eating take out snacks, complimentary beverages give tourists like my family a good chance to get back to hotel, refresh and out for sightseeing again. Very near, almost next door amenities, train and having the mountains visible just behind the hotel is a rare relief. A good relaxing stay.
