スタッフのみ最高

スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。
御堂筋イルミネーションと同じ施工者だろう。

コロナ禍とはいえ　閉鎖してるレストランが多く夕食の予約をしていなくてフロントで案内のレストランも四時

ホテル以外で夕食がとれませんそれなら夕食セットの宿泊にしてくれないと　結局スーパーマーケットまでかいに行きました レストラン閉鎖の情報もなかったです
