I paid for a sea view room and got a room with no sea view whatsoever. The property sits at the end of a beach, next to a small stream with waste water flowing into the ocean. The smell is repugnant. The rooms are simple, and comfortable enough. My rooms bathroom had no hot water. There are much nicer accommodations to be had on Phi Phi. I would avoid this spot.

The only real issue was the music from the beach clubs at night, which went on till about 03:00. Maybe, if I was staying lower down, other bungalows would have had a screening effect, but up where I was it was pretty relentless.

For one night it’s not a bad place to stay but very old and not the cleanest. It was however a comfortable bed and good A/C and pool was nice to soak in with great views. Probably wouldn’t stay again as lots of people complaining at reception about room cleanliness. Staff friendly though!

Wanting some decent without breaking the bank I thought roughly $100 cad a night would cover this, I was not pleasantly surprised. Room is dingey, bathroom, mirrors , handles can tell aren’t cleaned regularly, the toilet when i got it had piss on the seat and had no been flushed or clean. Also had an infestation of ants, given the area of the hotel i kinda get it. Water in the showers smell, the pool was a shining glimer and staff was helpful enough. Bed was also ridiculously hard. If you’re a hostel / backpacker am sure it’s nice, for me basing things off a marriot or holiday inn by north america standards it was mot even close

Way over priced, you are staying in a shack. Bugs were getting through the floor that is not sealed. It’s like sleeping in a tree house. I would not recommended at all. Only nice thing about this place is they had a pool that had a good view. Sleep on a beach chair outside instead of paying this price.

This property does not fit for me in any standard Thai accomodation I have been before. Due to travel I had to check in one day later, which was done earlier than 14.00 hrs the regular check in time. Staff had in 5 days requested me prove of being a resident. No cleaning at all and bathroom had open window with crushed fly protection. Consequently the bath room was visited by pillars which upon touching will cause serious skin condition. The Island itself is very beautiful. This property has serious potential but needs proper approach which is lacking the full 360! Waste of money, compared to the overnight I had in a low budget hotel 600 bath this property should be max 500 bath.

I loved my stay here, staff wrre absolutely lovely. The view was top notch. I traveled with two others who are used to fancy hotels and they weren't fond of all the stairs and missed the charm of the place so I wouldn't recommend it for any pricesses out there but for everyone else, this is a great place to stay. 🙂

Service was good. Had 3 rooms booked. All 3 were very dirty. Went to pool for an hour after checking in and came back to find an ant colony forming in my backpack which contained no food. 1 other room had quite a few spiders. The other was good but AC didn’t work good. Very run down/needs a renovation. Ended up leaving and eating the cost to go stay at PP princess

Did not honor our reservation for an oceanview oceanfront room. I paid for the best room and they tried to put us in a room with no windows. After complaining they moved us to a mid range room with oceanview. But it was still about a $20 night difference in price. They said we could cancel when we complained but we had already taken a 2 hour ferry to get there and did not have another place to go.

DIRTY. dusty sheets towel pillow blanket. Smell horrible stain on bedsheet. . Balcony door doesn’t lock. I booked for 3 nights. I only stayed one hour and left. Waste of money… too many steps to walk up the room. Also too many mosquito saw lizards on wall. Please don’t fall for the balcony view the room is piece of shiiiiiiiiit.
