Weekend with my 14 year old son for UT basketball and baseball. Great location. 5 min walk to Adopo Pizza (excellent) and only a little further to Xul Brewery (also excellent). Condo had turntable which was unique. Though speakers were lacking, it was still nice to show my son how we used to listen to music. Also had Keurig with enough coffee for the weekend. A little loud because close to railroad tracks but didn't bother me. Tip - if you park outside to unload, even if for only 5 minutes, pre-pay to park. I did not and got a 26 ticket. Just bad timing as meter attendant must have been very close by. I should also add that we had rescheduled from January due to impending snow storm and hosts were very gracious to reschedule us to a different weekend. Would recommend staying with them.

I absolutely loved this space. It’s wide open. It’s inviting big windows with lots of light and perfect walk ability with great little eateries and nightlife. I have family in the area so I returned frequently and I plan to make this my home away from home. I loved it that much.My hostess was all so wonderful and accommodating.
The exposed brick and the original beads made this face like staying in a tiny piece of history.

This property could not be cooler or more conveniently located! We walked to dinner in minutes and had so many fun options. We also LOVED the decor and the super comfy bed. I never sleep well the first night somewhere new and slept like a baby. Mia was extremely responsive and helped us with any questions. The condo is so well equipped and clean and even has a record player and games. The best STR experience I’ve ever had!
