Ferrel cats screaming all night. No coffee in room. Dirty room.
I booked a room here because an ice storm took out our power in Friendsville, Tn. and the temps were going to plummet. It was a great deal and the staff was nice. It is in need of renovation, but there were no insects or vermin.
the experience was ok for the type of hotel and the maid was exceptional. but i did not appreciate the owner asking me why i used you to book and did not book directly with him. he stated at least 5 times that he lost $30.00 on the booking.
After a sudden death in the family, I quickly made a reversation for a motel near my brother's home in Tennessee and left Michigan. The motel was pretty shaddy looking. I felt as if there might be druh deals going on in the parking lot. The door didn't lock properly and the room was furnished with old things that looked worn. I just recently checked my charge card and there is an extra $63 and change charge in addition the the nights stay charge. I only stayed the first night and was reinbursed the remaining nights and found another motel.
I didn't even stay in the room. Lost my money. Motel staff were not nice at all. Not accomadating. Bad directions.
There was nothing around there to do. We had to drive a ways to find something. the room was very tiny. The matresses were disgusting. They were dirty and old. they had rust on them and we were poked by springs all night long. The air outside reeked of a putrid odor. All in all it was a bad experience for us.
