Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

The staff was great! The rooms are OK for a quick overnight when I was making a long drive out of state but normally I would’ve consider the cleanliness of the room below par.

Fitted sheets have shrunk so that they don't fit properly. Top sheet and blanket were tucked in so they only reached about 2/3 of the way up the bed. We had to remake the beds.

There was no breakfast and mentioned as available during booking. Also TV was there for namesake and all the channels were displayed with grains. Enquired the hotel and they just blamed Satellite. Not worth for the money paid

Horrible motel and service. Room was never cleaned or serviced on a 3 night stay. Always had to ask for toilet paper and towels; never had Kleenex available. TV didn’t work well. One of the queen beds was broken and couldn’t use. Room was very dusty and had to wipe down everything. I would not suggest staying there.

Really dirty, rude personal, bad mattress, no recommend this hotel

Mean and unfriendly staff , dirtiest room that we’ve stayed ever, all tables were dusty and i used wash rug to wipe everything down, refrigerator so disgusting, was not even touched since last visitor i found their food in there. bath tub and toilet is terrible dirty as well and it’s too old! A/c works but you better not to use it, filter is sooo dirty if turn it on it’s smell awful. smoke alarm needs to be changed it’s way too old and it’s not safe to rely on it, i wonder how they pass building inspection ? window doesn’t have mosquito screen. limited, less then a half roll of toilet paper and no bath tissue at all. We had no breakfast at all.

Staff dishonest about availability of rooms..do not even acknowledge you , unfriendly, terrible breakfasts not even any fresh fruits..worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in!

I have been staying here off and on while working out of town..staff not friendly when you walk by they do not even look up, no elevator or carts to bring luggage in.. On this visit I asked for a ground level floor because I need to be here 2 weeks and I have coolers luggage ,food bags etc... I was told by Stephanie there was absolutely no ground floor rooms so I was put on the 3rd floor which means I had to haul everything up 6 flights of stairs. Then my wife called the hotel directly and ask for a ground floor room and was told by Stephanie absolutely there was one room with 2 Queen beds! So she just lied to me, and was very rude about it too! I will be changing my reservation to stay elsewhere the rest of my working out of town

Convenient to the main highway. About a 5 to 10 minute ride to downtown and many shopping centers.

Hotel is conveniently located of Hwy to Crater lake NP and that is why we choose it. There are couple issues that we have encountered that will definitely change our mind next time we will be in Klamath Falls: 1. the AC unit is too loud and it is impossible to sleep with unit running , so we turned it off - at least it was not hot at that time 2. The bed in room was awful - I would not sleep well at all. Otherwise there is no problem- parking is good, breakfast as expected( typical) and staff was quite friendly

Poor location next to truck stop, busy all night , no restaurant facilities and far north of town as well as out of the way. No eggs or bacon or sausage in the breakfast room like many others have.

The man at the front desk made check in take twice as long as it needed to because he felt it necessary to scold us for reserving the room through Orbitz rather than directly through them. Room smelled stale. Beds were horrid. Mold in the bathroom. Weird stains on the ceiling. Toilet was barely functioning. More snotty comments at check out regarding using Orbitz. Will never return.

I stayed here while on a recent business trip. The room was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

The room smelled of marijuana. The room is from the seventies. The mattresses are very soft and saggy. The bathroom mat in the shower was very dirty and disgusting. The whole second floor smelled of marijuana. The last two days I threw up as the marijuana was so strong on the whole floor. They should not be mixing smoking rooms with non smoking. When I complained to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do.

I stayed here for 7 nights to attend the Train Mountain Triennial Meet. It's 20 minutes from Train Mountain. It is an older property but seems to be well run and the staff is very attentive. There's a Pilot truck stop across the parking lot with a Subway shop inside and The Creamery brewery/restaurant (Klamath Falls best spot for food and drink!)is 5-10 minutes away.

It's my mistake that I opted for a 'smoking' room. It was smelly. May be it would have been better if it was a non smoking room. No bright lights in the room and house keeping could have been better. It was ok for a one night stay. All the hotels in Yreka or Mount Shasta were booked so this was the closest available. So depends on individual preference whether you want to stay here or not.
