Room 110 the heater is noisy. They advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast pet fee $25. No hot water in the sink.

It's very quiet here, since it is set back from the road leading out of town, so you really don't hear any noise. Our room was spacious and had everything we expected. Though a coffeemaker would have been nice, the breakfast (available in the office) had a decent selection of teas, cereals, etc. It was clean and modern. Our sink got slower while we were there, but it wasn't a big deal.

Very quite and comfortable with easy access to Highway 97

Surprise to find basic breakfast in the office! Room was clean. Staff very pleasant. Bed comfortable. Eateries close by. Pool was closed and washer/dryer out of order. No waterproof liner in the shower so the floor got wet (and slippery). Would stay again

The location is quiet, though with cars right outside the rooms you will hear a bit of noise from other guests at times. We found one light bulb was burned out. The room was modern, with small signs that this was an older motel that has been extensively and very nicely remodeled. The staff were always quick to help the few times we went into the office. The bed was very comfortable, and that of course makes a big difference anywhere. We didn't eat the breakfast since we are doing low-carb - it looked pretty basic with just a small serving area, and you would take the food back to your room since there is no dining area in the small office.

We come to Klamath Falls every other year to attend Sentry Eagle, an Air National Guard exercise and all of the hotels from the airport to downtown was full, so we found this hotel. We also like to visit Crater Lake, so the location of the hotel being north of the "main drag" of Klamath Falls is a plus for advoiding the lights. Plus, your only 20 minutes away from the Kla-Yo-Ma casino. As for the hotel itself, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was quite, except when someone uses the water, then you can hear the water flowing. Being single level, you don't have to worry about someone making news above you. We would defiantly concider staying here again on our next visit!

Very basic. I thought there would be a continental breakfast at 6, but the office was closed.

Very friendly staff and other than not really having a place to sit during breakfast compared favorably to much higher cost accommodations.

Arrived and check-in was smooth. The room was freezing though, I get not keeping an empty room at 70° but 50° is way too cold, especially with kids. The heater worked but it obviously took a while to warm up; the bedding was lacking too considering the inside temperature. The Wi-Fi was spotty and we couldn't get the tv to work (we arrived late so we didn't reach out to the front desk). The room was very clean though, and that was most important to me.

We stayed at this hotel as we were driving from the Tri-Cities, WA to Davis, CA. We just needed a place to sleep at a good price. The hotel is well-located to the major highway, there was some breakfast, which was reasonable for the price, and the hotel was comfortable.

great rate, nice room, good food. Rating process is bogus though for making me write a book.

I was wanting a nice quiet in and out that was easy to find and easy to exit. This motel was perfect. I'll stay there each time I am in town.

This motel was pretty basic. Pretty clean however not very comfortable!

A clean, basic motel on the edge of KFalls. Nice staff at the desk.

Everything went well. Stayed a bit after check out time and didn't get charged

Super cheap. Yet clean, with more than you would expect for the price. super comfortable bed, nice room with all the basic things. the price was just great. I've spend double that in other places and the room were dirty or the bed sucked, or no fridge. Then I woke up half an hour after the check out time. And the front desk still was nice to me. Got me to understand that I needed to hurry, but didn't charge me anything. Just awesome.
