The place is an infestation of mosquitoes. You leave the door open for 1 minute, you end up with room full of mosquitoes. It gets very hot, there is no ac. You have to open windows. It is not a hotel or resort, just a campsite with cabins. You are better off staying at a hotel a little farther than here. The scenery is beautiful near the site which is a consolation, restaurant is decent, staff cordial.

Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the water.

Everyone was very friendly. Cabin was small and rustic. Served the purpose though. .

Very nice stay in a gorgeous location. However the lake view rooms are more on the RV park and campground.

There are many nice things about Rocky Point, especially for people who fish. The RV sites looked fine, but we stayed in one of their 'hotel rooms' (one of five), which is not a cabin and did not have a kitchen. The room was very small and our mini blinds didn't offer us privacy as they didn't close properly. Staff attempted to fix the problem, and it helped, but they still sagged and were not completely private. Not a lot of foot traffic by our window, so we didn't that much. The walls are paper-thin and it's easy to hear your neighbor's conversations if you listen closely. However, Rocky Point staff are very nice We mentioned to two people that our bed was ROCK HARD to no avail. Very uncomfortable. Much to our surprise, the day we decided to leave (1 day early), we discovered the bed was a sleep comfort bed with separate controls for each side, which wasn't plugged in, nor told to us! FRUSTRATING! We had reservations for Wed-Sun before the big Memorial Day weekend (opening day for most resorts in that area), but we were not told ahead of time that the restaurant on site would only be open for dinner, and not for breakfast until Saturday, 5/26/18 - three days in the future. What were we to do for breakfast before then? The nearest town, Klamath Falls is 1/2 hour away at best. Thankfully, the host let us know about Harriman Springs Resort, 4 miles down the lake whose restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ended up spending most of our time there.
