This is a wonderful choice, we will be staying here every visit to K Falls from here on in. We own bare property in the area and need a nice family feeling place to call our second home. Douglas & Tammy , Florence, Oregon

Bugbugs. Bedbugs. Bedbugs.. Do not book.

Clear and comfortable.

Nothing!

Booked this room based on another reviewer who said the Wi-Fi was fast. It was NOT! I ended up having to go to the public library to work because the upload speeds were so slow. Other than that, the room was safe and clean...but depressing. Dim lighting --no light over the desk, which also made it hard to work. If you're just looking for a relatively cheap place to crash while traveling, this place would probably be okay. But for those trying to work, it's a no go. There is a lot of road noise from the highway, but it's kind of like white noise. No coffee in the rooms; you have to go to the office in the morning. Shower pressure was okay, but the hot water was kind of iffy at night. I took another shower in the morning, and it was fine then. On the plus side, you park directly in front of your room, and all parking is covered. And, like I said, it felt like a safe place, and everything was clean... If not sort of bare bones and depressing.

Great overnighter with a throwback to a time past. Have stayed here many times and consistently experienced fast, efficient check-in and a good night's sleep. Bring earplugs, as Hwy 97 can be noisy. Many rooms (but not all) in which I've stayed have renovated walk-in tile showers, crown molding and recessed lighting mixed in with the plain original room character from what I'm guessing is the 1960s. Exterior is well-lite at night. Skip the free breakfast and head across the road to the Pilot Subway and related foodie offerings before you're on the road again.

Helpful and attentive staff.

There were little kids playing outside all of the rooms on bikes, scooters etc....very unsafe. Hotel staff were not covid friendly, no masks, single pen for all guests. Some rooms were pretty scary. Felt like a truckers hotel or rent by the week.

Really nice family owned motel. The owners college age son took time to talk with me. It’s not the fanciest hotel (hence the name “Budget”) but it’s great to support a family business.

it was clean but kind of disapointed on breakfast. But it good overall for the room rate i paid

Room inside is clean and newly remolded, bed also good and comfortable. Not like other reviews.

Easy access, friendly staff. Very clean and reasonably priced. No coffee in the room and had to go to the office for coffee and a 'Continental' Honey-Bun.

Great for price nice staff it was great to have a comfy bed for da nite

The hotel was clean but nothing special. Just a place to stay in an emergency. The breakfast that was offered was ridiculous- we didn't even try it due to the visible uncleanliness. I would never stay there again.

over night stop on way to visit family in Reno, were son well treated by manager, that we returned back to Oregon this way as opposed to trying another Hotel/Motel somewhere else. Stayed for three extra days and explored the area and found great eating and plenty of wonderful outdoor things to do and visit. Klamath Falls also has History that we didn't even know about!
