Owned by a upper end resort, but quality of that resort does not flow downward. The rooms are terrible. The property is run down and under staffed. Our room smelled and really needs a facelift.

Located in down town business area, walking distance to several good restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, and took care of any problems quickly. Would stay their again.

It was noisy and old and the bed was shabby. The outlet didn’t work and the coffee in the room was opened and missing items. Would not stay there again.

Rooms were clean and well taken care of. We thought there was a slight odor a peculiar smell. Price was great and the room was was comfortable. Sheet was clean but had a stain.

Drove 200 miles to this place only to be told that room I booked is not available and this was 10 PM in the night. The hotel should call earlier to notify

I love the retro-fresh feel the the entire complex. The hot tub is a great perk and the main reason I stay here. After a day of work, it's a nice treat to relax and breath the fresh air while soaking in the hot tub. Walking distance to downtown & water front is a plus too.

The photos on the web-site are much nicer than the hotel itself. Rooms are really worn. Holes in the linens, but helpful and kind staff. This property is not up to th Running Y quality.

It is a very nice hotel and reasonably priced. I think I've said enough to satisfy your demand that I add a bit more to this review. I mean, what more can I say? I liked the hotel and recommend others stay there.

Some minor things in room need repair / The room it's self was nice / quite and did the job for the night

A motel in town. It was ok but getting old and in need of some serious renovations.

The room smelt like delivery pizza and had cigarette burns in the comforter. I woke up the next morning to over 20 tiny ants crawling all over the bathroom counter. I would never stay here again.

This hotel was awful!! First off, it's not a hotel, it's a motel. There is bugs EVERYWHERE! Yes I know it's Oregon and there is lots of bugs, but they did a horrible job about trying cleaning cop webs containing trapped bugs, or even cleaning the big one just chillen in the bathroom sink. I was too afraid to even shower in fear I would come out dirtier than when I got in. There was a giant crack from one side of the shower wall to the other. If that bathroom had been upgraded in any way, it looked like a 4 year old did it. Just a complete mess and nothing looked professional. The room containing the ice machine had a giant pile of rat poop. The "continental breakfast" contained nothing but cereal, bagels and hard danishes. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage. Very pathetic. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. I woke up the next morning feeling like I was hit by a bus and couldn't even move my neck. Pictures were soooooo incredibly off from what the actual place was. I would never go back here and feel extremely ripped off. I should have just gone to the motel 8 for that kind of quality. I would have at least not spent as much money.

Queen bed sloped so that each person felt like they were falling off their side of the bed. Hmmm, a Running Y property. I guess they own it. I've stayed at the Running Y several times, there is no resemblance.

Dear Guest, I am very sorry for your inconvenience. I am not sure what date you came in, but we did end up loosing water in one wing of the hotel this last weekend. we had to do an emergency shut off. This put us out of available rooms throughout the weekend. Again I apologize and hope you can give us another chance Sincerely, Daniel Tappan Hotel Manager
