The check in was simple and quick. The hotel lobby and hallways are outdated. The furniture is worn. Bed was hard and lumpy, resulting in a sore back. Decided to pay for an on demand movie, it stopped 7 times. Called down to the desk, they said they reset the system but it continued to stop again and again. Pushed through it. Bad signal they said. Still charged for it. Oh, then while enjoying an on cable movie (free) a look over to the bed revealed this lone traveller. I didn’t realize I was bunking with anyone!

This is a great hotel. Great location, efficient and informative staff, great room and amenities. I won't stay anywhere else when in the KW area from now on. Convenient to several good restaurants and other things the biz traveller wants.

The hotel is quiet and clean. I had a few issues with the thermostat in my particular room but the staff were great with assisting. The staff was very friendly. I was there for a 2 day work conference. The hotel is located close to the highway, which is convenient. There are 3 restaurants attached to the hotel and the food was extremely good.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Someone always available. Building was very well maintained and the layout was very convenient and easy to get around. Room are spacious and well laid out, bathroom was large and very nice. Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from (something for everyone).

We recently stayed for a Ringette tournament. The location was great and the staff were awesome! Very accommodating and great with the kids. The breakfast included in the group rate was a nice bonus. Rooms were clean, but outdated in the washroom. We had a suite and it needs some tic; no closet doors anymore. Otherwise was a great stay!

Nice hotel and location . The staff was excellent and helpful. I would make sure to ask for a room that does not have an anointing room door. I could hear the person next door. Great restaurants across from the front entrance !

We had a nice stay as part of a hockey team booking this weekend. Credit goes out to hotel staff when several teams are on site. Clean rooms, although a bit cramped with two queen beds. Not convinced about the technology with respect to the mattress customizations - I personally would prefer a good overall mattress. The remote for my bed did not work (repaired by maintenance for the second night stay). Further to my complaint to the desk staff after sleeping on the non-adjustable max firmness setting, they kindly acknowledged the inconvenience with breakfast vouchers. Hotel breakfast was available on site - very convenient, but also pleasantly surprised with the quality!

I stayed one night at the Radisson in a King Suite. This hotel is a good value for the price. The room was clean and had a separate living and sleeping area (with a door). The bathroom was very large with a double vanity, extended shower curtain arm and a body puff with shower gel. The bed was a sleep number bed but it didn't seem to be working properly. One side was very firm and the other very soft - with a noticeable ledge between the two. It's not a good advertisement for sleep number but it's obviously just been used by too many guests. The décor is fairly bland and cookie cutter. Don't expect to be wowed. But the free, on-site parking is appreciated. Also, you can walk underground to Charcoal Steakhouse, and their bar and pizza place. Charcoal is excellent; get the short rib, you won't be disappointed. The hot breakfast was about $5 extra from the non-breakfast room rate. It was worth the price as the food was fresh and tasty. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I traveled with a dog and they only allow dogs in suites, which are located at the end of the hallway.

In December of 2016 and 2017 we unfortunately lost a loved one in our family. Each time we were able to received a bereavement rate at the Radisson, in Kitchener. Due to the rate reduction, the accessibility to the 401 highway and the connected restaurants, the friendliness of staff and the breakfast room for gatherings plus the quality and variety of food served at breakfast, we recommended this location in December 2017. Approximately eight rooms where booked for family and friends due to these benefits.

Booked two rooms. Hotel very obliging to my personal requests. Rooms clean and well maintained! Close to great restaurants and shopping. I have stayed before at hotel and always been pleased with staff and quality of rooms!!!
