The hotel is newly renovated. Staff were super helpful. Hotel is clean no bad odor in the hallway. Our shower is walk in which is perfect for seniors. Bed and pillow clean. Modern set up. Will stay again.

The TV and remote control was broken in the handicap accessible room that I booked. I was offered a move to another room as there was no maintenance staff available. However, the room I was moved to was not handicap accessible. I understand that there was an event happening nearby with many families staying at the hotel but I was unable to use the facility in my room. I did not want to overwhelm the staff or create any discourse by moving to another room out of the scope of my original payment. The staff were all very courteous, respectful and professional.
