I am rather disappointed with Expedia and the management of this hotel. I wasn't able to access anyone to give me proper information and directions to the location initially, only useless ai chat bots.
I couldn't get either Expedia or verbo to connect me with anyone there at the location. Both said the other party was responsible and couldn't get a clear direction to arrive safely. My party drove across the border and it put great stress on us.
I prepaid for my intended stay. I shouldn't have.
I have yet to be contacted by the staff as to why I didn't check in obviously
.
I was told by doon village property management that nothing could be done.
I am now out the cost.
This was an emergency booking.
I was forced to book last minute at a motel.
It was not expected.
