Kaden at the front desk is excellent, extended our stay due to my husband in the hospital. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast staff friendly, as well as cleaning staff. Feels very family oriented.

Everything was great except the Breakfast finishes way too early. After a long drive into Kingston we woke up at 8:45 and breakfast service finished at 9:00. We missed it thus not a free breakfast.

The daytime receptionist was either on an obviously personal phone call or not present whenever we went by the front desk. The dirty washcloth that was under the bathroom sink in our room when we checked in, was still there three days later when we left. The TV in the workout room was broken. We stay there because of the location and free breakfast. Despite these issues, it's a nice hotel. Some care and attention from management would fix all of the issues we encountered.
