The staff at Comfort Inn was some of the best in the business .We could not have had the relaxing vacation we had without the super nice start by Sharon the lady who checked us in to the manager Linda for all there kindness and knowledge of Kingston area .the rooms were exceptionally clean and staff would have gone out of there way to get you whatever you needed for the rooms .the breakfast staff always kept the kitchen and eating area very clean and lots of food at all times

Clean, Bed made every day, comfy bed

Super clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfy compared to higher end hotels where I had stayed. The rom had plenty of amenities and was dark at night when the blinds were closed. The staff made my bed every day. The breakfast was simple but efficient. I wish I they had chocolate for the waffles though. The location was convenient too, very central to be able to visit PEC and gananoque

The staff member David who prepared/was in charge of the breakfast was amazing. He was friendly while being professional, very helpful, and is definitely an asset to the staff. Hospitality is definitely his calling. At the same time, I was not at all impressed with the breakfast.
