Air Conditioning mini split in the living room and both beardrooms isn't something every property has but is essential, so big plus there! Pool and hot tub are directly out the front door and down some stairs This property is great, a lot of friendly folks and a short walk to shops and a convience store. 5 min drive to foodland. Right across the road from kamaole 1, so 2 minute walk for all your sunset beach pictures. 2 Lanais, 1 private for main bedroom. Beach chairs and toys were included. Overall great lookimg amd well equiped rental. We had a concern with the sound quality of the tv, contacted the host, and they took care of the problem the very next day. The lower parking lot most accessible to the rental is very small and is nearly always full, I had to drop my family off at the bottom then park at the top a few times during our 2 weeks stay, but thats honestly the only negative thing I have to say about the complex. The rental itself as well as the host/staff are amazing. 5/5. Will stay there again.

Lots of pros, but some cons. Will start with the cons:There were three cons total (which is NOT a lot):1) It's not ADA compliant. If you have a lot of luggage and supplies, you have park illegally right in front of the unit, and carry the items down half a flight of stairs and then up three flights of stairs on foot. If you have a lot of items, be prepared for a workout. There is really no way around going up and down stairs due to the building being on an incline. 2) Floors were not completely clean. Shoes are not allowed in the condo, which we are used to because we're Asian, but I'm pretty sure other people before us were not as diligent about taking off their shoes in the unit, and simple mopping by the cleaners was not sufficient. I was wearing white socks on the first day and by the end of the night, my socks were pretty filthy. The bottoms of our bare feet were also dirty by the end of the day. Maybe after each check-out, there needs to be a deep clean with a commercial swing machine. 3) The bathroom in the master bedroom does not have a door separating it from the rest of the room. Because of this, four of us had to share the one bathroom with a door when we did the 2's. Other than the cons, the place was excellent! The location was perfect, can see the ocean from balcony, 2 minute walk to beach. Pool was great. Right next to Dolphin Plaza. Lots of food options in walking distance, lots of supplies in condo, and having AC in each room was awesome!
