Maalaea Surf, Unit A5 is a 2-bedroom beachfront townhouse on the second floor which offers our guest total privacy. It is located directly on the beach. This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fully furnished kitchen, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, two BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite.

Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your spacious private patio (lanai) while watching Maui's breath-taking sunsets. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player.
