The updates in the unit add a sense of peace because all is put together so nicely.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath, unit that sleeps up to 4 people with a king bed in both bedrooms. Assorted rattan furniture and carpeting in the living room and bedrooms tie in a central tropical theme. The living room has a new lazy-boy dual reclining couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home including adequate appliances, kitchenware, and dishware. The living room has a new 70" flat screen TV. Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condominium complex, featuring a low rise, low-density, townhome-style condos, set on a hill overlooking the blue Pacific. The gardens and lush landscaping are a true tropical paradise. The property features 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests' use. It should be noted that Maui Kamaole does not have elevator use for their guests and there will be a flight of stairs if you are in a second-story unit.

Maui Kamaole is close to restaurants, beaches, and shops. Kihei Kalama Village is a shopping center 5 minutes away and has an open-air market and a spot for a favorite Hawaiian treat- Shaved ice. There is also a Foodland (grocery store) a couple of steps down from Kihei Kalama Village. Furthermore, if you need any additional things for your condo throughout the duration of your stay you can venture to Piilani Shopping Center which is about 10 minutes away from the Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and even the food court located in the same mall featuring Subway, and Cold Stone Creamery. Some beaches in the area are Mai Poina Beach Park and Sugar Beach. Additional activities to enjoy are the Maui Ocean Center, Maui Tropical Plantation, or various Upcountry Maui opportunities such as the Lavender Farm, Ocean Vodka, or Zip Lining. Beautiful and well-appointed unit, ocean view from the living room and kitchen counter. This unit is at the end of the building so it has an extra window in the living space which makes it even more bright and welcoming. It was clean and comfortable. We love the Maui Kamaole and have been a few times together. Would stay here again.

Great location, beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo in a great location in south Kihei. Beautiful property with a view of the ocean and sunsets. The dishwasher did stop working on the weekend, so a bit of an inconvenience to hand wash, but otherwise things were well-maintained and well stocked. Really enjoyed having the cooler, boogie board and beach chairs.Only real complaint was that the stairs going up to the loft were kind of sharp and my daughter cut her foot coming down twice, so may want to consider some type of maintenance or softer cover.Location was great with Kamaole Beach III within walking distance and a short drive to many other beaches. We would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to come back.

Lovely and Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This complex is only a 5 minute drive from the restaurants and shopping of Kihei, and the beach, park, and boat launch are just across the street. It's a 5 minute walk down a path or street from this unit to reach either the pool or the beach. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to contend with. There are steps down from the parking lot to the landing; then up a flight to the front door; and yet another flight to reach one of the bedrooms. The unit is lovely and comfortable, with multiple lanais, although only one with a view. Equipped with modern appliances, washer dryer, beach chairs & floats. Would definitely stay here again.

Work / 70th Birthday Week!

Condo was even better than we had hoped! I travel to Maui for work regularly but usually stay in hotels. Since this was my mom’s 70th birthday I flew her over to join me and got this condo for the extra space and (well stocked!) kitchen. The location was incredible, sunset views from the patio, right across the street from beautiful Kamaole beach, and easy to access the island in all directions. The beds were plush and comfortable with quality linens. The closet has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, cooler, sporting equipment, and other wonderful bonuses. I look forward to another stay here and highly recommend Maui Kamaole H212!!!

Beautiful condo. Great find for our first visit to Hawaii. Well kept with everything you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen with even an electric tea kettle! Walking distance to a great beach a plus...I included picture of turtle hanging out at the closest beach I walked to! Condo is also centrally located to drive to all the highlights in Maui. View of ocean from the front lanai is wonderful when ready to just hang out and chill before or after a full day of taking in the sights. We will definitely be back!

It is the fourth year that we come in this apartment where we used to have a very nice ocean view from the terrasse and what a surprise when we arrived yesterday when we discovered that you do not see the ocean anymore. We now have a wall of trees blocking the view. This is totally unacceptable to pay for an ocean view when you don't get it and on top of it , this is oppressing.
