Our condo was clean and the onsite manager recommended great places to eat (local Hawaiian). All staff was friendly too. It was quiet and very nice to have laundry facilities on the grounds.

No one on the site to ask questions had to email every time

The air conditioning did not work, either it was on at full blast or you turned it off.

The property itself was pretty nice. The condo had a beautiful oceanfront view and the beach was only a few steps away. The beach wasn't ideal for swimming because of the very rocky shore but a short walk down the shore and you could find sandy areas. The property also had a large grassy area which was nice to fly a kite or watch the absolutely gorgeous sunsets. The physical location was okay. We needed to rent a car because we had planned various activities around the entire island which took us an average of about 20 to 30 minutes to reach our destination. There were tons of major grocery stores and eateries only a few minutes down the road. If you're a smoker please note that this property is smoke free and that is strictly enforced. There are no designated smoking areas and you must leave the property to smoke. Now the unit itself, we had a nicely decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with an oceanfront view. The pictures online were actually very accurate. Unfortunately there were major problems we encountered with our unit. The guest shower curtain was very moldy but I called the property manager and they replaced it the very next day. The promised wifi never worked and we tried to connect with several devices. We're pretty tech savvy but the wifi just didn't work. Last but definitely not least, there were roaches and bed bugs in our unit. Roaches are pretty easy to identify but bed bugs are tougher to spot. Everyday my family had tiny little bites all over.

This was a really nice place. I would recommend that owners update toilet to low water flush model.

Definitely would come back! Liked our stay very much.

The pictures and narrative upon booking indicated a room accommodating 2-3 people. Pictures showed a bed with a canopy and what looked like a murphy bed. We assumed the Murphy bed was for that potential third person. This was not the case. Upon arrival, we were told it would be several hundred additional dollars to get a unit with a real bed. Besides the Murphy bed, there is a futon couch. We never would have rented this unit as our medical issues require basic comfort. The futon couch had stains on both sides so we put an extra fitted sheet over it and placed all extra pillows under the pad's negative space so we could try to have somewhere to sit. The dishes and utinsels all had to be rewashed before using. I suspect this is because it is the renter's responsibility to do all dishes and I highly doubt anyone goes back through everything to make sure all is properly washed. It would have been nice to know that there were blankets in a bottom drawer that we did not find until check out. Also, it should be noted somewhere that the unit's front door faces a very busy street with a constant 24/7 "whoop-whoop" sound from the nearby police speed trap and everyone setting and unsetting of their car alarms. On a final note, at least one quarter change machine on the property for laundry would be nice. Best part of rental was recently remodeled bathroom.

Our first room was so musty it reminded us of an old wet basement. The carpet, bedding, towels, etc all smelled musty, including the air conditioner. We called to ask of a remedy as soon as we moved in but all we received was "sorry". After another day of calling to look for a remedy we were offered another room. Yay! After we confirmed that we would take it, we were informed of a $95 room cleaning fee. Remind you, we called the management company as soon as we moved in! The room layout was not the best, but the view was pretty amazing I have to say. The rest of our family stayed at Maui Schooner down the road and for a better price. It was a much nicer place to be, I just wish they didn't sell out an hour before we completed our booking.

This was a good place to say to save some $, we liked the area we were in, but the condo wasn't anything really amazing. We were on a ground floor without a view so it was a bit disappointing. overall, a good place for the cost. I did like that it was stocked with the basics, as well as beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, etc, so that was nice.

It was a good deal that i got and we had a blast rite next to the beach and a nice bar triangle not so far away loved it overall!

My Girlfriend and I really wanted to do something adventurous so we booked a room here a couple weeks before time and for the price we paid the room was astounding. Although we didn't spend as much time in the room, it served its purpose, had a very nice lanai and close to the bbq pits/ beach to walk around. Very clean place as well!

I ordered up an Oceanfront and Got an Ocean view. The company did reimburse me though. The complex was having work done which was very noisy, but it was conducted during the day, which was okay, because I didn't plan to spend my day in, but rather away touring the island. My unit was a little on the rough side of being in need of a remodel. Parking spaces were very narrow.

Location, Location for a family on the go, its not to far and not to close. For those times of rest the beach is right there, but not so close that you are a nervous wreck watching your kids. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The only thing that threw us off was the TP supply. Other than that it was perfect!

Excellent location, clean and mostly updated kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom and living room could be more updated

This condo complex is at the north end of Kihei, which makes driving to various location a breeze. Going down various beaches along Kihei, Wailea, and Mackena are all within 10-15 minutes, as well as going to Kahului and Lahaina is a short drive. Complex is a little older in appearance but kept in good shape and clean. Gas grills and jacuzzi are a plus for making dinners after a day out, and a good place to meet other friendly travelers. Condo condition and amenities vary according to owner usually.

It's a nice condo, close to Kihei beaches. The unit is on the first floor and the lanai is practically next to the parking lot. That makes for easy loading/unloading, but also made me feel a little unsafe. Very quiet, didn't hear the neighbors when we were in the unit.

We had a great time. The condo was more than we expected. The clerk and all staff were very helpful. The condo had great amenities with items we could use on the beach, which was nice since we did not have to rent or buy them. The concierge was very helpful. We plan on going back and will stay here again. Everyone we talked to.could not believe the real we got for a rental car, condo and airfare! Thank you again, it was a memorable family vacation!

It's not the most luxury place for a honeymoon. But we loved it. It was great for the price we paid. We were close to everything and we didn't mind the drive into lahiana and other town. Our stay was amazing, we enjoyed staying here. We would come back again and recommend people. One thing that I was not as happy about was there was no wifi. Unless you have a password that the lady on the phone told us only the owner property have it. My husband use up 90% of his Internet while we were there. We only had iPhones and iPad on us.

Everything was great, the beach in front, pool, jacuzzi, full kitchen and a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The complex is always clean. Our particular room came with a nice assortment of items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie board, etc...). It is an older building, but they have done a good job keeping it updated. It was nice to have a foodmart club card left on the bar for us to use. It saved us nearly $100 off our original $300 shopping bill. Nice pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub on the property. There's also grass volleyball court, horse shoes, and shuffle board court on the premise. Also has a nice grilling area (unfortunately we didn't get a chance to utilize it). I gave it 4 stars only because it doesn't have all the (overpriced) ammenities of the upscale resorts, but has all the comforts of a regular home. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are on a tropical island and it is normal to have roaches in the home. Can you please advise me of what unit you were in. We do take bed bugs seriously, so we definitely want to get that inspected. Mahalo,
