Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The Maui Sunset, where this suite is located, is absolutely perfect. It's an older property but so incredibly well maintained. The lawn is pristine, the pool is in great shape, there is a small stretch of beach that is easily accessible; there's a putting green (with putters!), shuffle board, tennis / pickleboard court with equipment you can borrow.The suite itself is fantastic too. Fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs (x3), beach toys (enough for a toddler), puzzles and board games. The TV was set up with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, and Disney.The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a full-size bed. The AC is loud but works quickly to cool down the suite, the balcony has a great view of the property and the beach / horizon.We stayed here with my senior parents and our toddler son and it was just enough space for four adults and a child. My only feedback would be that the shower in the second bathroom is quite small - I am 5'1" and it felt very cramped so something to keep in mind if you are taller and plan to use the second bathroom.I'd happily return to the Maui Sunset and this specific suite for our next visit to Kihei, Maui!

We have stayed at the Maui Sunset many times before. We love the location and amenities. This was our first time staying not in a timeshare unit, so I didnt know what yo expect, but it was great. They do have a lot of breakable decore and we traveled with our 2 year old so we ended up placing a lot of the items in a closet to avoid any accidents, but that was a super minor inconvenience. We loved that they had beach towels and chairs to use. The bunkbed in the room was great when traveling with little. It was a great stay.

Great communication from Maui Vacation Rentals. Condo was very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and complex had many gas grills available. The grounds were beautiful and sunset views were spectacular. Easy beach access, but shoreline was rocky and shallow so not great for swimming. Turtles were fun to watch. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at Maui Sunset! The unit was fabulous for our family of 6. Comfortable bed and beautiful kitchen and living areas. The grounds were incredible. From the green space, to the pool and hot tub, to beach front access. We could not have asked for a better family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset. Beautiful views in the morning and evening. The location ever convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and other attractions. Our condo was very nicely decorated with plenty of space for when our son and his wife (who live on Maui) came over to visit. We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

We stayed at Maui Sunset for 6 nights and loved it! The grounds were wonderful with plenty of things to do and enjoy. The area is quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from adjacent neighbors. The view from the condo is great, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the ocean. The place is overall well equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. There were towels for the beach and beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and umbrella. The umbrella was broken and a couple of the chairs weren’t great quality but this was a minor concern. We had issues with internet access the first two days but Rentals Maui was very responsive and helpful with our issues. Overall highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the location and the amenities along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets everyday from the balcony or sitting on the beach. Lawn was the best manicured lawn I have ever seen. So so perfect and I like to return every year here
