It is centrally located on the island and close to amenities such as groceries, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. There are two six-story buildings at the Resort with elevators. Sugar Beach which fronts the property offers exceptional sunsets and is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks on the soft sandy beach, turtle gazing and spectacular seasonal whale watching.

Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean, children's wading pool, and sauna. There is a well-maintained gas barbeque area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's Sandwich and Bar, On-site Massage and FREE on-site parking.
