It was so nice to settle in on day one and find a nice greeting card with Hawaiian cookies and water on the counter. Everything was clean and set up, and it was a wonderful home away from home. We enjoyed having a deck. It did overlook the parking lot, but beyond that was grass ocean and trees so we sat out there quite a bit.

The view was good and the beach was enjoyable, walkable, and swimmable. Loved the amenities provided; coffee, Honolulu cookies!, beach chairs and towels, shampoo, etc. The balcony was nice to relax on, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the handbook with instructions and things to do. Would have liked to have a deadbolt or other entry lock for extra security on the door.

Size of the property was good and kitchen was well furnished. It would be even better if master bed as well as sofa bed are replaced to new ones. During our one week stay, we could not use laundry facility because online activation didn't work. This is a big negative point of this property.

The codo we rented wss very nice and was as advertized. Extra touches beach chairs, beach umbrella's and small coolers were handy. Overall a very nice place. One area of concern was the air conditioning. It worked very well but was very loud. When it kicked in at night it would wake us up. Had to exchange a nice cool room for a uninterupted nights sleep. Then the heat would wake us up. Nice beach view from deck.
