The hot water in the shower was limited at best. It also took 3 to 4 minutes before it would get up to the room. The hot water in the sink was nonexistent. I was not at all happy with the parking situation, as I have a heart condition and had to park two blocks away and carry my bags.

This was a great place to stay for Fantasy Fest. It was close walks to everything we wanted. The Ashe Cottage was perfect! The room was big, the bathrooms were new, and we had our own private deck. !00% recommend. We will be back.

The property is quaint and cute. Everything was well kept and clean the staff clean your room virtually as soon as you hang out please clean my room sign on your door. The “continental breakfast “is exactly that it’s just your typical continental breakfast at any hotel. Was hoping for maybe something a little more fresh and maybe something more local but it did the job. It’s walking distance to Duvall and all of the food fun and shops. But it’s far enough away that at night it’s quiet, peaceful, and private. Will definitely stay again had an amazing week!

I was very nicely greeted and dealt easily with the staff - the hotel is eclectic like Key West is - the hallways are open and the rooms irregularly spaced - quirky like the whole island! The area very walkable but for most restaurants you would want to take transportation. My room very comfy and spotless - the place seemed very new - quite AC and a TV with a zillion channels. The breakfast somewhat limited but the coffee super. Would stay agin in a heatbeat.

Clean place. I was only there for 1 day, so i did not need a lot and did not use a lot on property. I should have never looked at the breakfast, it was overly disappointing and soured my entire stay experience. I did have a strange experience, where I the guest was treated as secondary there. As i was trying to quickly checkout in the office, I was motioned with a finger to wait by a lady standing behind the desk, and I had to listen to her train a front desk representative for about a minute before I was given proper attention.Very nice staff, but not proactive. If the staff feels like they need to do something to recover from a mistake, asking the guest if they would like a discount, makes the situation uncomfortable and shows that you really weren't intending to offer a discount or you would have already done it.

What a beautiful place to stay in Key West. The staff was so friendly and helpful no matter what we asked. Extremely clean room and quiet. Walkable to shops,dining and such. From a woman's point of view they need shelves in the shower and some more on the walls. We would definitely stay again

Palms Hotel is a quaint, adorable, festive, colorfully Keysie, affordable hotel in the middle of Key West making it easily walkable. We really enjoyed the included breakfast and assistance when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room. Thank you Palms Hotel, we’ll be back!
