Coastal Rose is a charming second-floor island retreat. Enter through a private front door and ascend to a spacious loft-style room with vaulted sloped ceilings. Inside, a kitchenette and sitting area cater to your in-stay dining needs. French doors open to a secluded, expansive balcony deck, offering views of the pool and peaceful garden.



A comfortable king-size bed next to the living area provides a comfort after a long day exploring the island. Climb to the small loft space with a double bed designed to comfortably host up to two additional guests. We were disappointed that the unit needed painting and updating particularly, the bathroom and closet space, which is truly unacceptable for a place that you charge what you do. Some of the furniture needed tightening. The floors were not clean and access to the pool area from the apartment was blocked with caution tape around the spiral staircase.As owners of VRBO rentals ourselves, We are aware of the need for systematic upgrade due to wear and tear. The outside of the unit looks great and the location is perfect.

Long Weekend in Key West

We wanted a place in Old Town Key West while we left Miami for a few days for apartment renovations, and this place delivered! Truly amazing location just off Duval Street, but without Duval Street noise. It feels bigger than it is because of the vaulted ceiling and many windows. The absolute best part is the open air porch off the kitchen that has a constant breeze.

Wonderful spot tucked away from the busyness.

This space was perfect for my family of four. The kids loved climbing up to the loft and slept great in the comfy king bed. My wife and I slept well too once we were sure the kids had the hang of the steps. The back deck was a delightful place to sit and wait out a rainstorm. The exit to the pool was steep and the little spiral staircase was covered in bird droppings so that was the only access issue we faced but the kids had so much fun indoors they never used the pool anyway beyond the initial exploration. The pool is deep and the edge is high up from up the water so small kids may have trouble reaching anything other than the ladder. The location was excellent, easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go including the bus stops. Management was responsive and friendly. No hassles checking in or out. Would certainly recommend the place to a friend and would stay there again.
