The pool/hot tub is was very dirty and scummy. It jets like a hot tub but never gets hot. Bikes were mostly broken and not operable. Carpet in the room felt grimy and almost damp. Furniture in the room was torn and gross.
The positives were that the AC blows cold, the beds were comfortable, and its close walk to Duval st. That’s it.

I was disappointed at the room. It was run down and not very clean. We had hair in bathroom and it felt ung
unhygienic.
The staff was so pleasant and helpful here. We go to key west often and while I wouldn’t say this was the most luxurious place we’ve stayed it certainly has that key west charm and the location is great. Walkable to most places you’d want to see. Completely online booking and check in, so the only staff we interacted with was housekeeping and she was so sweet

Pros: room was clean upon arrival, bed was comfy and the efficiency kitchen was super nice to have! There’s a very small pool and while we didn’t use it, that’s always a plus! Very Key West!
Cons: we didn’t get a towel refresh and we were supposed to have a room clean on day 3, which didn’t happen; they supplied two k-cups and gave a bit of attitude when we asked for more; considering the trash trucks woke us up every morning around 4 am (which is definitely not the hotels fault) it was totally unacceptable that the trash cans were visibly overflowing for the entirety of our stay.
This is a great stop if you’re coming for a night, maybe two, but wouldn’t recommend a longer stay.

Very low water pressure ... unable to take a decent shower.
The gate lock and front door entrance to the building, won’t lock and causes the property to be unsecure and feel unsafe. The room’s furnishing’s were dated and worn. The entrance to the bathroom, the carpet is ripped up and the carpet tacks exposed, Causing a cut in my foot.
The room was not at all like the photos or reviews. Many concerns, such as general disrepair of the room and property, unclean room, filthy carpet, property was not secured - front gate and front door of property would not latch or lock securely. Pool looked awful, either extremely dirty or extremely stained. I would rate it very, very low and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. Buyer beware.

Bathroom pocket door would not fully close, leaving a large gap, and toilet is right next to bed. The bed is the only place to sit when you are in the king room. This is a major privacy issue and management did not rectify it after I messaged them.
Also they say there is a pool but it’s a jacuzzi.
Super comfy bed on a very cute island property. We loved coming back for a dip in the jacuzzi after walking back from Duval Street. Very clean. We had no issues but the staff were eager to help us if we did. We will absolutely come back and stay again. One night was not enough!
The front gate and front door locks did not work. Not a single employee was available to address any concerns. The room was very small; the top of the dresser was sticky everywhere; the carpet was old and foul. There are only 2 parking spots for the entire bldg; the remaining is street parking.
Wouldn’t recommend. The lock on the gate and the front door are broken so it’s not very secure. The bathroom door wouldn’t close fully so no privacy if you’re travelling with someone else. Free parking is listed on the profile but doesn’t apparently exist (?) so we parked on the street. Overall disappointing.
