The pool/hot tub is was very dirty and scummy. It jets like a hot tub but never gets hot. Bikes were mostly broken and not operable. Carpet in the room felt grimy and almost damp. Furniture in the room was torn and gross. The positives were that the AC blows cold, the beds were comfortable, and its close walk to Duval st. That’s it.
Scummy, does not appear cleaned.
Why is this torn up and stained chair even in the room?
Nasty tub.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful here. We go to key west often and while I wouldn’t say this was the most luxurious place we’ve stayed it certainly has that key west charm and the location is great. Walkable to most places you’d want to see. Completely online booking and check in, so the only staff we interacted with was housekeeping and she was so sweet

Super comfy bed on a very cute island property. We loved coming back for a dip in the jacuzzi after walking back from Duval Street. Very clean. We had no issues but the staff were eager to help us if we did. We will absolutely come back and stay again. One night was not enough!
